The annual EU Green Week is more important than ever after the report came out that around 1 million animal and plant species are now threatened with extinction, many within decades, more than ever before in human history.
The EU Green Week is not only done in Brussels, but also in Boekel (near Eindhoven) where you can get a tour in the English language on the land of Ecovillage Boekel where chairman Ad Vlems will explain how the policy of the United Nations, the EU, the Dutch government, the Province North-Brabant and the municipality Boekel can be seen in action when the ecovillage starting to be build in september of 2019. Ad will also show the value for innovative companies who want to experiment and show their products in the ecovillage.
The tour starts at 13:00 and can last 2 hours which depends on the amount of questions from the visitors.
